I don't know why but today i am missing my hubby a lot. I want to dedicate this Poem especially to him and want to tell me how much I love him & want to spent my rest of my life with him.


I said a prayer for you today.
I just took a moment to say,
With heartfelt thankfulness,
How much I know I’m blessed
With the love so deep and true
That I receive from you.
It may not always show,
But darling, I always know

Mumbai Life

Mumbai

Mumbai as we all know is called as “City of Dreams”.  I have heard a lot about Mumbai but never Visited. Except me all my family members have visited Mumbai. Due to this I was more excited to vist and see Mumbai. When my marriage was fixed and I heard my fiancé is working in Mumbai, I was very happy coz I thought now atleast I can visit Mumbai. But my hope and dream were shattered when my Husband got an Opportunity in Infosys for Pune Location. But he asked the company his Preferred location as Bangalore so that I don’t have to change my work.

So after coming to Bangalore he was not liking Bangalore. You tell me who will love Bangalore if he stays 6 Years in Mumbai. So this Year during Diwali we both were having 1 week Holiday as my hubby was missing Mumbai. So we decided to go Mumbai during that Period.

To my surprise I reaaly loevd Mumabi. For Mumbai people says” It fulfills everyone.s dream and accepts everyone with open arms”. I had stayed in Mumbai only for 5 days but I loved the place. Few things that I noticed about this city want to share with you all:

1)      Place you stay: has to be as close to your office as possible. Coz if its not there we can  land up spending a lot of time commuting.

2)      Size of houses: we had stayed in Mumbai in his friend home. It was 1 BHK But it was too small. You cant have extra furniture

3)      House Rent: House rents are huge in Mumbai. The rent for 2 BHK what we pay in Bangalore in Mumbai we pay for 1 BHK.

4)      The city is divided vertically : Mumbai is divided into Western Mumbai, Central Mumbai and Eastern Mumbai.

5)      The city does not sleep : In Bangalore or Delhi I have found that staff in hotels,pubs,malls are closed by 11:00 A.M. and people enjoyed their stay in home. But in Mumbai people step out for shopping at 11:00 P.M. in the night

6)      Drinking/Eating places may not actually be very expensive Unlike a Bangalore and Delhi where mostly restaurants, which are quite expensive. In Mumbai food is reasonably priced

7)      Safety: As Comparison to Delhi , Mumbai is much safe for girls. I have found many womens and girls traveling alone in Locals at 12:00 midnight

As we all know in every relation there is up and down. In a Husband anf Wife relationship also there is up & down. Same is the case with me and my love sharman. Tere Bin:Rabbi Shergill

As we all known Rabbi Shergill is an Indian singer well known for his debut album Rabbi and the chart-topper song of 2005, “Bulla Ki Jaana”. and "Tere bin". His music has been described variously as rock, Punjabi, with a bani style melody, and Sufiana, and “semi-Sufi semi-folksy kind of music with a lot of Western arrangements.” Rabbi has been called “Punjabi music’s true urban balladeer.
I simply loved his song "Tere bin" and was able to understand a little bit of songs.

Just got a mail from one of my friends few days back. so thought of sharing with you all. Its a worth reading and hope you all will like this. Please do comment how you feel about it.

• You actually think 30Rs for a Dosa is pretty reasonable.
• when you spent 8 hours of your day in Office and another 3 hours to reach home.
• You cant drive for more than 10 mins without abusing someone
• The temperature touches 37.5 degrees and everyone starts panicking and journalists start yelling, “Lead story” “Lead story” “Lead story”…

• In the evening, the temperature drops a few degrees below normal and suddenly everyone is armed with sweaters and jackets.
• There is always one 'pan-wala' on the corner of street
• The first thing that you read in the Times of India is the "Bangalore Times" supplement.
• he most frequently used part of your car is the horn.

• After you return from a trip to Mumbai, you wonder why everything is suddenly in slow motion.
• Only in Bangalore , you would get Chinese Dosa and Jain Chicken.
• You still refer to the city as Bangalore not Bengaluru.
• Every three months you look at your street and say "Why're the digging the road again?"

• You drive up a busy flyover and have to suddenly screech your brakes. There’s a red light at the very top! What the…
• You never learnt how to stand in a queue
• when u r stuck in traffic even at 1:30 a.m

• In the apartment where you live, there isn’t a single floor, which doesn’t have at least one IT wallah.
• There are more Pubs,Malls and Movie Halls than anywhere in India
• There are more IT Companies in the City than hair on your head.

• Every second article in the local pages of your newspaper has the word “infrastructure” in it.

• When you go out for lunch, the sun is shining and the sky is blue with not a fleck of cloud. And yet by the time you’re leaving office, there’s a massive traffic jam because the roads are flooded after a torrential downpour and the sky is clear again!

• You have a swank fine dining restaurant buffet and think it’s incomplete because there’s no curd rice.
• You spend more time each month traveling than you spend at home

• You keep telling everyone that your city is the fastest growing in Asia (or India) though you’ve never ever seen any statistics in support of that.

• No matter how many malls, arcades and shopping complexes open in your area; you still end up going to MG Road every now and then.

• You are told that your city’s Metro will be ready in 2011 and you just can’t stop laughing.

• When you return from Delhi, you think the autowallahs are sweet. When you return from Mumbai, you think the autowallahs are thugs.

• One day you’re traveling in a crowded stinking bus and the very next day you’re in a high-tech AC Volvo at the very same time on the very same route.

• You try to imagine your city without pubs and… you just can’t!
• Your door has more than three locks.
