I cant resist myself to tell you about the one of the most motivation and insiprational Books I have Read. The Name of the Book is " WHO MOVED MY CHEESE BY: Spencer Johnson"and was Published in the Year 1998.
"Who moved my Cheese" is a Motivational book which teaches us to how to deal with the situation or changes that happens in our day to day Life.Whether it is a our work Place or in one own Life.
This books tells us truths about change that give people and organizations a quick and easy way to succeed in changing times.
This book Teaches us the following things:
1) Change is a Part of ones life and change happens to each and every one.
2) Once should always be ready for a change.

As we all are well aware that each day brings to us a new life and experience. Each and every day of us teaches us something. Our daily routine from the time we wake up in morning till we lay down in a bed at nighi,our life revolved around this.This Routine of ours leads us to a comfort level which makes us to forget the small changes that occurs daily in our Life. This routine task of ours makes us forget that our life is changing at an constant speed.
When we are at school, or at home or even at work place,or the community and society where we live. We have to follow certain rules and regulations every where. In all these places we have a set of rules and regulations that we have to follow and we beleive in following those rules and standards. Due to this set of rules we all are stick to that. From the Chilhood we are taught this is Rigth and that is Wrong. We are told if we want to succed in our life we have to do always be rght and we will be happy throught our life.We all follow this as a obedient person. This attitude of obedience resists us to change comes in our professional and Personal Life in one's Journey,due to which for majority of People its very diffcult to handle and accept the change that occurs in their respective Life. When something big change comes most of the Person first reactins is to resist that change. Because we are afraid of loosing our comfort Level in which we are currently living or it can be fear of Unknown that we dont have any idea whats going to happen now.
This books helps to all people and alos gives them a new insight on why change is good and how it can lead us to do much better things. Accepting Changes also help us to ovrcome our fear and helps us how to get out from or respective comfort level
